ATLANTA – (June 23, 2025) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, has been awarded a $2.5 billion ceiling, 10-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Air Force for maintenance, repair, and construction of Department of Defense (DoD) fuels infrastructure worldwide.
The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract administered by the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio supports sustainment and modernization of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) systems. The scope of services includes new construction, upgrades, repairs, and recurring maintenance for fuel storage tanks, hydrant fueling systems, pump houses, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
