Pond Selected for FAA Nationwide A-E Services Contracts

ATLANTA – August 25, 2025 – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, has been awarded two indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Tier 1 MAC IDIQ and Tier 2 MAC IDIQ, by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supporting nationwide projects funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Facilities and Equipment (F&E) initiatives.
Under Tier 1, Pond will deliver A-E services for minor facility improvements, such as architectural upgrades, roof replacements, and site improvements at small to medium FAA facilities. This work includes full design packages, construction specifications, cost estimates, and permitting.
Under Tier 2, Pond will provide A-E services for major improvements to FAA facilities, including significant upgrades to air traffic control towers (ATCT) and terminal radar approach control (TRACON) facilities. Services include structural improvements, modernization of mechanical and electrical systems, fire life safety enhancements, and support for critical facility upgrades at medium to large FAA or similarly complex facilities.
