ATLANTA – (Sep. 29, 2025) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, announced today that the Raymond Pond Federal Solutions Joint Venture (“Raymond-Pond JV”) has been awarded a $30 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington.

The five-year contract provides for general administrative architect-engineer (A-E) services for small to medium projects across various Washington-area installations, primarily Gold locations, with potential work across the continental U.S. “GOLD” locations are high-priority installations designated by NAVFAC Washington due to their strategic mission importance and operational complexity.

Under the contract, the Raymond-Pond JV will provide a broad range of A-E services, including investigations, studies, planning, design-bid-build and design-build construction documents, cost estimating, and post-construction award services. Project types may include renovations, new construction, and site improvements for facilities that are technically complex or mission-critical, including laboratories, medical centers, and facilities near or containing explosives.
