ATLANTA – (May 27, 2025) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, today announced that the Arcadis-Pond Joint Venture (JV) has been awarded a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District Indefinite Delivery Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services. The contract carries a total shared capacity of $249 million and supports Military Construction (MILCON) projects valued over $500,000 across Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, and Denmark. 

The contract supports the USACE Europe District’s mission to deliver design and engineering services aligned with both U.S. and host nation requirements in support of the U.S. military. Through this MATOC, the Arcadis-Pond JV will deliver multidisciplinary A-E services for MILCON projects, including facility design, planning, construction inspection, environmental documentation, and the preparation of design-build and design-bid-build RFP packages.
