ATLANTA – (May 28, 2025) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, today announced that the Arcadis-Pond Joint Venture has been awarded a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District Indefinite Delivery Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services. This award supports Military Construction (MILCON) projects under $500,000 as well as non-MILCON projects throughout Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, and Denmark. The MATOC carries a total shared capacity of $248.4 million.

Under this contract, the Arcadis-Pond JV will provide a full suite of multidisciplinary A-E services including facility design, planning, environmental documentation, feasibility studies, construction inspection, and development of design-build and design-bid-build RFP packages. All services must align with U.S., NATO, and host nation design standards.
