Pond was selected to provide architectural and engineering services for Boeing's Component Operations Jacksonville Facility project which consists of an approximately 150,000-square-foot warehouse facility for component operations, including the repair and maintenance of aircraft. Aircraft components will be shipped to the facility for repair and maintenance. The facility will also house offices for management staff and training facilities for employees working on the aircraft components. Site features include an employee entrance off Approach Road, approximately 300 employee parking spaces, truck access and a loading dock along the south, access from Approach Road, fire access lane, and stormwater and sewer infrastructure.
