Stephanie Roberts Joins Pond as NEPA Discipline Manager

ATLANTA – (Sep. 16, 2025) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, announces the addition of Stephanie Roberts, AICP, ENV SP, as the firm’s new NEPA Discipline Manager.

With more than 25 years of experience leading environmental planning efforts, Roberts brings a depth of knowledge in regulatory compliance, multi-disciplinary coordination, and forward-thinking strategy to the firm’s growing environmental services practice. In her role, she will oversee NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) compliance efforts across a broad range of transportation and infrastructure projects, focusing on regulatory integrity and innovative, client-focused outcomes.

Throughout her career, Roberts has worked closely with public agencies and private clients to develop environmental documentation that meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Her experience spans a wide variety of project types, including transportation infrastructure, environmental assessments, and planning studies.

She holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University. Roberts is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP). She is an active member of the American Planning Association, the National Association of Environmental Professionals, and Women in Transportation Seminar.
