ATLANTA – (Oct. 12, 2022) – Pond, a progressive, full-service engineering, architecture, and planning company, is expanding its Federal Program with the addition of Craig Rezac, Colonel (Ret.) as National Guard Client Account Manager.

His knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to grow in our support of the Federal Government.”
Craig joins Pond after a decorated 33-year career in the Air National Guard (ANG), where he most recently served as an ANG Assistant for the National Guard Bureau (NGB) at the Pentagon. There, he advised the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Energy, Installations, and Environment) and Deputy Assistant Secretaries on directorates affecting sustainability and operational readiness.
After retiring from the ANG in 2021, Craig continued his work from the Pentagon as a consultant and program analyst supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations, & Environment; and Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary, Environment, & Energy Resilience.
Craig previously served as Commander for the 173rd Mission Support Group at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, OR, where he oversaw both military and state employees supporting six squadrons and flights tasked with production of F-15C air-to-air combat pilots, intelligence specialists, and healthcare professionals.
Substantial experience as a Base Civil Engineer led Craig to join the NGB staff at the Air National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, MD where he ultimately served as Deputy Director of Installations and Mission Support, He was responsible for developing ANG policy, programs, guidance, direction, and execution necessary to acquire and operate $15.1B in world-class facilities supporting ANG missions, while protecting military forces and the environment.
Among many accolades with the ANG, Craig received the Legion of Merit in 2021—one of the most prestigious awards in the US military.
