Compliance Management

Maintaining current compliance and regulatory documents is a significant part of any facility operator’s responsibilities. As these requirements grow and change, Pond’s experts are on the leading edge of keeping our clients engaged and updated with new requirements and interpretations. Pond consistently assesses regulatory changes of various agencies including DOT and EPA requirements involving hazardous gases and liquids as well as OSHA and EPA requirements for PSM and RMP, to name a few. We have developed SPCC and FRP plans for individual tank owners and large military facilities and have performed PSM/RMP analysis and compliance for major companies on over 5,000 vessels. When it comes to compliance, no project is too small or too large for the Pond team. One of the greatest challenges for our clients is maintaining awareness of changes in state regulations. Environmental Resource Studies & Consulting

Pond has extensive experience preparing environmental documents under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as well as similar state programs. Our staff has prepared Categorical Exclusions (CE/CX), Environmental Assessments (EA), and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) documents under NEPA and similar state regulations. Our experience ranges from minor assessments triggered by the issuance of a federal permit to major evaluations funded by a federal agency and in need of third-party documentation and review. Pond has the expertise to provide technical analysis and creative design solutions for complex environmental projects by incorporating a systematic and interdisciplinary approach.

Our construction management and field construction management teams provide dedicated health and safety, quality assurance/quality control and general site supervision support. Our decades of experience on-site ensures your project is completed on time and in budget.
