ATLANTA – (03.05.19) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, construction, planning and architecture services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brannen Butts to Vice President of our Oil & Gas programs and leader of our office in The Woodlands, Texas.

Brannen has over 14 years of experience in engineering design and management in the Energy industry, designing numerous pipelines, facilities and complex oil and gas systems worldwide including projects in the U.S., Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
He has been responsible for the growth and development of the Natural Gas and Pipelines programs at Pond and is focused on expanding our oil and gas reach across the country. Brannen is passionate about developing Pond’s industry leading team and strengthening our energy markets in Houston.

Brannen holds B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has extensive experience in the design of oil and gas transmission, storage and distribution facilities, regulator and meter stations, flow control and hydraulic design including pipe stress and surge analysis, and horizontal directional drill and jack and bore design.
