Pond prepared all sections of the City’s Comprehensive Plan with tailored components focusing on transportation and specialized outreach. The Comprehensive Plan provides a primary basis for evaluating all significant future development proposals, including rezoning, subdivision plat approval, design review, and others.

The Plan is intended to provide guidance for preparing capital improvement programs and budgets. The project requires extensive public involvement, including Spanish-language outreach and web-based interactive input.

The project also entails working with City staff to coordinate with Gwinnett County.
