Cintas Industrial Facilities - Various Locations, Southeastern U.S.
Pond & Company provided architecture, civil engineering, landscape and architectural design services for nine 53-60,000 SF new industrial buildings on sites ranging from just over 5 to 7 acres. The sites were designed to provide parking for 130+ standard vehicles and 35 truck spaces. Included in each building design was 10,000 SF of finished office and ancillary facilities. The shell design and construction was coordinated with appropriate automated materials sorting and handling design and equipment.
The facilities were constructed utilizing a steel structure and split face concrete masonry bearing wall systems. Other functions include drive thru loading and unloading with additional areas designed for truck maintenance and truck washdown.
Pond provided services for Eight (8) projects throughout the Southeast at the following locations: Gwinnett County, Georgia; Kennesaw, Georgia; Greenville, South Carolina; Spartanburg, South Carolina; Bessemer, Alabama; Huntsville, Alabama; Mobile, Alabama; Jackson, Mississippi; Knoxville, Tennessee.
