Pawnee Crude Oil Terminal - Pawnee National Grasslands, CO

Pond was selected by Global Power Energy Services segment Williams Industrial Services to provide full engineering design services and construction administration support as part of an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services partnership. The facility is the first of its kind in the region. The greenfield development included a 300,000 bbl pipeline, storage facility, 15 truck unloading bays, an inbound 8” DOT gathering line, a 12” outbound DOT interstate pipeline, and additional support systems including polishing and contact water. The terminal receives product from a single gathering pipeline and fifteen truck LACTs. Product is delivered from two 100,000 BBL storage tanks to an adjacent wholesale pipeline via pipeline pumps and LACT metering units and five truck LACTs can be used to load trucks.
