Pond is a prime contractor on the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-E) Cathodic Protection CMP program. On average, Pond performs 100 surveys, designs or repairs under this program annually. Systems involve jet fuel storage tanks, distribution pipelines, cross base transfer lines, as well as off-site pipelines.
