Flynt Barksdale, PWS – Director of Environmental Services
Flynt Barksdale is a professional wetland scientist (PWS) and has spent his career guiding public and private clients through regulatory requirements in an ethical and sustainable manner. He manages the day-to-day operations of Pond’s Environmental & Water Resources team, assisting in guiding the firm’s growth, and ensuring quality.
Jose Morales, AMPP CP4 – Program Director, Corrosion Control
Jose Morales has over 12 years of experience in all phases of cathodic protection survey, design, and testing. He has led and managed corrosion technicians and engineers in the collection of data for various operators in the power generation, military, energy, and water/wastewater sectors.
Richard Wood, PE – Director of Process Engineering
Richard Wood manages a multi-disciplined engineering team within Pond’s Life Science & Industrial division working in medical device sterilization, air pollution control, pulp and paper, energy, chemicals, and food and beverage industries. He has more than 16 years of experience working as a process engineer and design manager for large scale projects within the process, power, and medical industries.
Kate Woods, GISP – Technical Director, Federal Planning
Kate Woods has 16 years of experience working for Army, Navy, Air Force, and other State and Federal Government agencies. Her leadership in large-scale initiatives including enterprise-level strategic and regional master plans, EV charging facility master plans, organic industrial base master plans, and multi-disciplinary project management expertise have contributed to the growth and success of Pond’s Federal Planning practice.
