Travis Guidt ATLANTA, GA – (May 26, 2023) – Pond today announced the hiring of Travis Guidt, U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Retired, as a Senior Project Manager for the firm’s Federal group. In this role, Guidt will use his military civil engineering and project management experience to support Pond’s Air Force clients in the U.S. and throughout the world.

Guidt served as an Air Force Civil Engineer Officer for 21 years, where he held various roles including project manager, program manager, and Commander for two Civil Engineering Squadrons. Prior to his retirement in 2023, he served as the Chief of the Program Investment Branch at the Air Force Civil Engineer Center in San Antonio, Texas, where he directed the Air Force’s five-year centralized Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) investment strategy – validating over 1,000 projects with a total value of over $6 billion – and provided critical facilities and infrastructure support to Air Force installations worldwide.

“His background affords him a thorough understanding of Air Force operations, commands, and needs and makes Travis an extremely knowledgeable resource that will help our Air Force clients build and execute successful programs.”

Pond Principal and Air Force Program Manager, Eric Adami, PE, PMP, said Travis’ experience and background will further enhance Pond’s continued focus on providing value to our Air Force clients.

Guidt is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina; a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB, Alabama; and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
