Pond is proud to announce Defense Program Manager Pam Little, PE, PMP, has been recently welcomed into the 2021- 2022 Class of SAME Leaders.
As part of their national Leader Development Program class, SAME identifies emerging talent from within the Society to prepare and equip to support the Nation’s toughest challenges. Only 20 professionals from across the country were selected to participate in this yearlong program, bookended by the annual JETC conferences.
Students in the Leader Development program participate in activities that explore individual strengths and enhance team dynamics, guided by SAME’s curriculum. Through hands-on training, service projects, and engaging opportunities, the program teaches how to apply learned concepts to achieve success and foster engineering leadership for the Nation.
Pam Little has spent her 20+ year career creating sustainable, innovative engineering solutions for Federal and Defense clients. She also gives back through her involvement with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and Women in Transportation.
“I am honored to be selected for this program and support SAME’s mission to promote solidarity and cooperation in civil and military life, disseminate technical knowledge, and to preserve the best standards and traditions of the profession,” said Pam Little.
