Diego Acosta Joins Pond as Vice President of Corporate Strategy

ATLANTA – (May 8, 2024) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Diego Acosta as Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Acosta will play a crucial role in driving Pond’s growth strategy and providing strategic oversight across the firm’s diverse portfolio.

Prior to joining Pond, Acosta gained valuable experience at Bain & Company, and served as a consultant at EY-Parthenon, both renowned strategy consulting firms. Additionally, he brings five years of experience in construction management and project controls. With a proven record of delivering impactful solutions in growth strategy and transformation programs, and prior industry knowledge, Acosta is well-positioned to contribute to Pond’s continued success.

Acosta holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Yale University.
