Commissioning

Commissioning provides added confidence of minimal failures which can lead to costly downtime.

Commissioning is a systematic process that can help ensure all building systems are installed, calibrated and performing within design specifications. Commissioning also provides owners, users and maintenance teams an intimate knowledge of their equipment and systems. True commissioning cannot be done with a simple checklist. It takes dedicated, knowledgeable professionals to inspect, test and retest to push systems to their limits to know all possible failure modes.

Our commissioning team consists of Professional Engineers, Commissioning Process Authority Professionals (CxAP), Certified Energy Managers (CEM) and Leadership in Energy Efficient Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP). We are committed to providing quality services from the design phase through the post occupancy review and warranty expiration. Additionally, we perform post-warranty system check and life cycle evaluations to assist with capital spending planning and maintenance scheduling. Our commissioning experts are with you every step of the way.
