ATLANTA – (12.03.18) – Pond, an industry leader in planning, architecture, engineering and construction services, is pleased to announce the addition of Tony Pitrone as Senior Vice President and Principal in our Peachtree Corners office.
Pitrone will be responsible for expanding Pond’s services in the industrial marketplace with a specific emphasis on the food processing, distribution and medical device sterilization sectors.
He brings more than 33 years of in-depth knowledge and expertise in program and project management in the industrial marketplace, with specific emphasis in medical device sterilization facilities, refrigerated distribution centers, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and a broad range of food processing. Pitrone will work to ensure the Pond team continues to deliver consistent, quality service in building designs, construction means, methods cost and schedule.

Pitrone has been involved in project and business management for diverse clients such as Kroger, Nestle, Sterigenics, Medline, CR Bard, and Sara Lee Foods. He is skilled in processing, manufacturing, advanced building designs, renovations and facility expansions as well as managing day-to-day team operations, planning, budgeting and client communications. Pitrone holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Clarion University.
