City of Dunwoody Comprehensive Plan - Dunwoody, GA

Pond was selected to assist the newly incorporated City of Dunwoody in developing and adopting the City’s first Comprehensive Plan and all related planning services. Development of a Comprehensive Plan that is innovative and useful, as well as commitment to the goals, strategies, initiatives, and vision for the City of Dunwoody was paramount to successful implementation of the Plan going forward. Services included developing the community Assessment; developing and implementing the Community Participation Program; and developing and assisting with adoption of the community Agenda that are practical for the city.
