ATLANTA – (3.10.2020) – Pond was awarded the Global Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricant (GPOL) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple awards construction contract (MACC) by the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC).

Pond will support concurrent assignments for NAVFAC EXWC under this 5-year contract. Surpassing competing firms, the fueling construction, fueling design and cathodic protection programs’ record of outstanding service was instrumental in securing the task orders.

This selection affords Pond the privilege of partnering with an essential component of the US Naval warfare service branch. NAVFAC EXWC strengthens the country’s combat readiness as the prime engineering command for the US Navy and US Marine Corps.

Pond will be providing fuels services at various military installations worldwide. The initial opportunity forged under this contract will begin with work at Defense Fuel Support Point (DSFP) San Pedro, California.

“We are looking forward to providing the highest quality work for NAVFAC on each task order and supporting our military partners,” said John Lathram, Program Manager. “We are proud to build upon our firm’s legacy of delivering unrivaled federal projects.”
