Pond has announced the opening of their newest location in Augusta, Georgia. The new office was established to better serve the present and future markets. Pond has a robust history of providing planning, engineering, design & construction management services for private sector, municipal, county and state clients.
Pond & Company’s Director of Roadway Design Kevin Skinner, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Branch Manager and will lead the Augusta operations for Pond. Kevin, an Associate, brings over 16 years of experience in Civil Engineering to Pond. He has led and managed numerous design projects of all sizes and is knowledgeable in many types of funding sources within federal, state and local governments.
