ATLANTA – (12.13.18) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, construction, planning and architecture services, is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Rech as Program Manager for the firm’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Oil and Gas services.

Rech will be responsible for expanding the EPCM Program for natural gas and midstream clients utilizing Pond’s national team of engineers, inspectors, planning and construction management personnel. She will work with current and new clients to ensure that Pond continues to deliver consistent, quality service throughout the project lifecycle.

Rech brings more than 17 years of experience in program management, risk assessment and management, cost analysis and controls, geographic information system (GIS) technology and team management for natural gas and pipeline construction projects.

“After working in tandem with Pond’s engineering group on several projects over the years, I am thrilled to become a part of the Pond Constructors team,” said Rech. “There are many opportunities here to become an integral turn-key resource for our clients as they expand and improve their facilities. Rech is also an active member of the Southern Gas Association, American Gas Association, Women’s Energy Network and Pipeliners Association of Atlanta. She received her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska.
