ATLANTA – (09.20.18) – Pond, an industry leader in planning, architecture, engineering and construction services, is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Harrill as Aviation Architecture Practice Leader in our Jacksonville – South office.

Harrill will be responsible for expanding Pond’s Aviation services into the airport-client marketplace with a specific emphasis on airport terminals and other complex airport buildings. He brings more than 30 years of in-depth knowledge and expertise of airport operations, funding mechanisms, regulatory requirements, and multi-stakeholder involvement to help airport clients develop and improve their terminals and other aviation facilities.

“Steve excels at the critical pre-design and conceptual design phases that define airport facility needs and conceptual solutions. He is a crucial addition to our Aerospace Team,” said Senior Vice President Chris Farnie. “Steve’s aviation architectural experience and knowledge of FAA rules and requirements allow us to be able to serve our clients with more capabilities and resources.”

Harrill has held architectural licenses in states across the U.S. including Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. He is certified through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
