As Executive Vice President, Williams leads Pond’s Transportation and Community Development markets, serving clients from multiple offices throughout the Southeast. Pond’s approach to Architecture, Aviation, Civil Engineering, Environmental, Interiors, Landscape Architecture, and Transportation services places special emphasis on local community involvement through partnership and collaboration.

Williams holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He is also a Professional Engineer in multiple states and Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level II Certified Design Professional. His professional affiliations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, American Council of Engineering Companies, Council for Quality Growth, and the United States Army Officer Association.
