Raymond-Pond SB JV, LLC, a mentor-protégé joint venture between Raymond Engineering and Pond, was recently awarded an Architect – Engineer (A-E) Multiple Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) in support of the Medical Division Medical Repair and Renewal and Project Support Services programs for the USACE Huntsville center.

This $225 million, five-year pool contract awarded to Raymond-Pond will be utilized for medical facility repair, renovations and facility services such as evaluations, assessments and commissioning.

This contract award is another success story for the Raymond-Pond mentor-protégé relationship which continues to expand services. Project support will come from several Raymond and Pond offices, including Pond’s Huntsville office, which continues to grow as it cultivates more opportunities within the region.

“Working with Raymond Engineering on this contract in the small business arena continues to strengthen the long-standing relationship built between the two companies for more than 15 years,” said Pond Vice President Mike Magahey. “This will expand both Raymond and Pond’s growing medical portfolio as well as allow us to continue to serve the Huntsville Center and their clients in execution of their mission.”
