Pond’s Transportation and Community Development team has been hard at work in the community participating in the Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful and Gwinnett County Department of Transportation Adopt-a-Road Program. This litter preventative initiative enables the public to help safely reduce the amount of trash, debris and illegal signage alongside Gwinnett county roadways. Clean roads help to keep the community safe and beautiful for residents and visitors.

The group adopted the roadway section of South Old Peachtree Road, from Peachtree Industrial to Medlock Bridge, in January 2017. Every three months, the transportation team members volunteer to clean and maintain this chosen section of roadway. Each adopted section of road is marked with signs designating Adopt-a-Road partners and Pond was proud to receive one after our second clean-up.
