ATLANTA, GA – (February 23, 2023) — Pond announced today it has promoted George Fragulis to Senior Vice President of Infrastructure. In his new role, Fragulis will continue to expand the firm’s growing infrastructure practice by refining project management operations, initiating procedures, and recruiting strategic technical talent.
Fragulis is a versatile leader, with two decades of varied project experience. He is skilled in project management, strategic planning, design, and contract administration. Fragulis’ strategic leadership style, client-centric approach, and thoughtful oversight have defined his tenure at Pond.
