Pond was recently awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest.

The contract provides for new construction, renovation, and repair of natural gas and Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) fuel systems at various government installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.

This NAVFAC SW contract will provide Public Works Officers with the ability to quickly install or upgrade their natural gas infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient natural gas distribution. Pond’s strong record of performance with natural gas infrastructure enables our team to quickly respond to clients with top-to-bottom integrated solutions. Oil and Gas Program Director Willie Robohn and team will provide all the needed engineering services and construction management in-house.

Diversified Project Services International (DPSI) and Accu-Bore Directional Drilling have strong Southwest experience, performance and capabilities that complement the engineering and construction capabilities of Pond.

Besides natural gas, the scope of this contract includes new construction, renovation and repair of petroleum systems. Types of projects may include, but are not limited to: fuel storage and distribution systems, cathodic protection systems, spill containment systems, and all ancillary natural gas and POL support facilities and structures to include emergency backup power systems, fire protection systems, and control systems for such facilities and structures.
