Christopher Baker – Corporate Controller

Christopher Baker serves as Pond’s controller, overseeing all corporate financial and accounting functions. He continually strives to improve accounting processes and lead his department responsibly. He assists Pond leadership in developing strategic business decisions through astute awareness of policies and trends in the industry. Christopher is integral to Pond’s continued success and growth across the nation.

Anthony E. Chinn, EIT – Program Manager

Anthony Chinn has over 10 years of experience with non-destructive testing, integrity evaluation, and weld/process inspection. Prior to being a Program Manager, Anthony served as Senior Project Manager on Pond’s significant energy projects. In addition to numerous method certifications in Non-Destructive Testing, he is also a certified STI SP001 Inspector, API 510, 670, and 653 Inspector.

 Anna Dis Sveinbjornsdottir, LEED AP ID+C – Manager – Interior Design & Procurement

Anna Dis Sveinbjornsdottir has been providing clients with creative and innovative interior design services for over 17 years. Her designs range from a diverse selection of finishes and furnishings to comprehensive turnkey packages. With each client’s space, she seeks to maximize visual impact and place emphasis on end-user engagement.

Thomas Higgins, PE, LEED AP – Senior Electrical Engineer

Thomas Higgins exhibits leadership in Pond’s electrical department with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Thomas has 12 years of experience with a varied array of projects ranging from healthcare and industrial facilities to aircraft hangars. His project knowledge developed through work with commercial and government clients makes Thomas invaluable to his clients.

Gary Kerr, PMP, GGP, CEM, LSSGB – Senior Project Manager

For over 20 years, Gary Kerr has exceeded expectations in executive leadership and project management roles. He is known for his attention to detail and thorough management of schedules, deadlines and multi-million-dollar budgets. A Lieutenant Colonel (Ret), Gary is a former base civil engineer, a 30-year veteran, and a Green Globes Professional, trained in building assessments and certifications.

Andrew Kohr, PLA, ASLA – Senior Project Manager

Andrew Kohr has earned his status as an industry leader with 14 years of experience with linear projects in urban and suburban settings. He has applied his technical knowledge of engineering, effective communication style, and understanding of construction methods to numerous municipal projects. His passion is creating engaging public spaces centered around the principles of accessibility, equity and placemaking.

Benjamin W. Lawless, PE, PMP – Federal Program Manager

A former civil servant, Benjamin W. Lawless PE, PMP has over 32 years of experience in planning, budgeting, design, construction, operations and maintenance of installations for the United States Air Force. He now provides expertise in project planning, design development and construction management as the Federal Program Manager for Pond’s Washington, D.C. office. Benjamin is skilled at delivering projects on time, implementing cost-effective solutions, and exceeding client expectations.

 Andy Lawton, PE – Program Manager

Andy Lawton has successfully managed engineering projects for a wide range of natural gas clients across the Southeast. He has worked on projects involving steel pipelines, meter/regulator station design, infrastructure replacement programs, highway relocations, system modeling, and corridor studies. By emphasizing the importance of positive stakeholder relationships, Andy ensures project success through open communication and hands-on leadership.

Jamie Ledyard, PE – Mechanical Engineer

Jamie Ledyard broad experience in the commercial, retail, educational, residential, military and medical facilities provides him with practical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing design and application, LEED design, energy conservation and analysis, and quality control. Jamie is a professionally licensed engineer and is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Jim Mabry – Senior Project Manager

Jim Mabry has a robust record of effective leadership within the construction industry and any project he works on. He is experienced in projects with both government and commercial clients. As an officer in the U.S. Army and National Guard, he provides extensive transferable knowledge to a variety of projects. Additionally, he is professionally registered in U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management, STI-SP001, and OSHA-30.

 Glenn Martin, PWS, CE – Senior Project Manager

With extensive experience in energy, transportation, federal, municipal and private markets, Glenn Martin is a highly skilled project manager and ecologist. Throughout his career, he has delineated and permitted hundreds of miles of corridor studies for linear infrastructure and thousands of acres of site work for energy, industrial and development projects. His client advocacy has fostered relationships with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and state agencies.

Brad Rhodes, AIA, LEED AP BD+C – Project Manager

Brad Rhodes specializes in delivering superior architectural designs, sustainable solutions, and construction administration to private and public sector clients. His designs seamlessly intertwine the immediate and future needs of both the client and the end-user. He has worked with numerous education, healthcare and transit facility clients in his career. As an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), he demonstrates his passion and expertise for architectural design.

Daniel Sabia, PE – Project Manager

Daniel Sabia leads projects in the transportation group with over 11 years of roadway design experience. His knowledge of the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) design and review process has expanded his skillset and allowed him to build significant relationships. He has developed plans using the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) “Green Book” and all the GDOT manuals, design standards and details.  His ability to create context-sensitive designs that align with transportation and community goals provide clients clarity in their projects.

James Schoen, LEED AP – Project Designer

Architectural designer James Schoen’s professional experience has equipped him to serve a variety of clients, including food processing plants, higher education facilities, military facilities and office buildings. His technical proficiency of design software illustrates the precision and advanced knowledge he brings to each project. He is a WELL certified AP, which signifies expertise in factoring wellness and human health within the built environment.
