Most recently serving as Pond’s Director of Human Resources, Pam has nearly 30 years of experience in human resources management for corporate environments. As Pond continues its growth, Pam will be responsible for ensuring that the firm attracts and retains top talent across all programs. She is also passionate about creating a strong combination of benefit packages, training opportunities and other incentives to offer Pond’s employees.

Pam is also Chair of the ACEC Georgia HR Forum.
