ATLANTA – (Jan. 12, 2026) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, today announced that it has completed a transaction under which Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington”), a Washington, D.C.–area private investment firm specializing in government-regulated industries, has acquired a majority stake in Pond.

Arlington has an extensive track record of investing in companies that help federal, state and local governments operate more effectively, advance critical national security interests and support the maintenance and rebuilding of the nation’s infrastructure.
