ATLANTA, Georgia – (10.08.18) – Pond, an industry leader in planning, architecture, engineering and construction services, recently opened an office in Savannah, Georgia. With its headquarters in Peachtree Corners, and an office in Augusta, the new Savannah location strengthens Pond’s coverage across Georgia and brings specialized design and engineering expertise to the Coastal region.
Program Director Van Lynn, PE will manage Pond’s Savannah operations. Lynn, a Senior Associate, has over 19 years of experience in commissioning, engineering design and construction and project and program management. His experience in multiple building types will enable the Pond team to deliver personal, timely attention to clients.
Joining Van, with over 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Business Development Manager Melissa Phillips will work with current and new clients to ensure the Pond team continues to deliver consistent, quality service. Phillips, a Savannah native, sits on the Board of Directors for Leadership Savannah, and Graduate Leadership Savannah. She is also involved with several local, state and national organizations.
Greg Skinner, AIA has committed his career as an architect to creating places that add value to society in the fields of education, commerce, and public places. Skinner believes in the enduring contribution that Architecture can make to improve the lives of its users, and how it’s a reflection of a community’s values and principles. Skinner is currently the AIA Savannah chapter president, and is passionate about volunteering with local schools and dedicating his time to Habitat for Humanity.
