ATLANTA, GA – (June 2, 2023) – Pond today announced that Mark Kline has joined the firm’s Environmental and Water Resources Group as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). In this role, Kline will support Pond’s environmental health and safety services for clients in the industrial, energy and government markets.
As a senior certified Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional, Kline has spent over 20 years in manufacturing environments and has consulted for a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, technology, and environmental/sustainability. He has developed comprehensive health and safety programs and conducted and managed HSE programs, safety and hazard assessments, and health/safety training programs. Kline’s career has also included corporate experience in compliance management, workers’ compensation, auditing, and ISO 14001 Implementation.

In addition to holding a CIH certification, Kline is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).

Kline earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a master’s degree in Occupational and Environmental Health/Industrial Hygiene from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
