November 18, 2015 – Atlanta, GA – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, planning, architecture, and construction services, is excited to announce the addition of EcoWise Civil Design and Consulting and its president, Pamela Little, PE as an Associate and Senior Project Manager to the company.

“The addition of EcoWise brings the civil group an experienced leader in Pam Little,” said Bob Williams, Principal and Program Director at Pond. “Pam brings 19 years of diverse project experience, and has a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.”

An award-winning leader in the engineering, architecture and construction community, Pam’s experience ranges from designing and permitting to serving as an owner’s representative. She also earned a master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management and has a long history of construction management experience. Pam has focused her career on making an impact on both the professional world and her community. She has been deeply involved in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Women in Transportation Seminars, and the Green Chamber of the South.

In 2014, CREW awarded Pam both the national Impact Award for Career Advancement for Women and the local Atlanta Chapter Impact Award for Entrepreneurial Spirit for an eMentoring program she developed with a team of colleagues for CREW Atlanta.

In recognition of Pam’s outstanding contributions to the industry and exceptional leadership, SAME also awarded her the national 2014 Tudor Medal. Pam will oversee Pond’s civil engineering project managers for federal, commercial, industrial, and local government projects.
