ATLANTA, GA – (June 27, 2023) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), a market leading engineering and consulting services firm has acquired long-time partner CTBX, a Florida-based, air traffic control tower (“ATCT”) consulting firm.
The shared capabilities of Pond and CTBX will allow the combined firm to assist clients with their growing funding and regulatory requirements in the aviation sector by leveraging both the global footprint and aviation experience of Pond and the FAA approved tower modeling expertise of CTBX.

CTBX has been in operation since 2004, providing services in planning, design and construction administration of ATCTs and related facilities for airports throughout the United States. The firm also provides programming support for entrance into the FAA Contract Tower (FCT) Program, control tower siting, ATCT design services, NAVAIDS and communications consulting, as well as construction administration and installation.
