ATLANTA – (07.16.19) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, construction, planning and architecture services announces the promotion of Brian Lunsford, PE to Vice President of their Asset Integrity Program.
In this role, Brian will utilize his specialized experience to expand Pond’s client reach in asset integrity services. Throughout his career at Pond, he has actively managed the mechanical integrity, corrosion control, coating services, and pipeline survey groups. Brian will continue to ensure that Pond’s team of highly trained engineers and technicians provide clients with a high level of expertise and cost-effective solutions.

Brian has 20 years of experience with Mechanical Integrity Engineering and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). He holds API 510, 570, 577, 580, and 653 certifications, as well as AWS Senior Certified Welding and STI SP001 inspection certifications. Brian also has an ASNT Level III and numerous ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II method certifications in NDT. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
