JACKSONVILLE, FL – (July 18, 2023) – Pond is pleased to announce that Anita Prewitt has joined the firm’s Jacksonville office as Business Development Manager. In this role, Prewitt will spearhead initiatives for regional development for the architecture, planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation, aviation, and environmental practices.
Prewitt is a seasoned professional with more than 10 years of corporate business development experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. Her presence within the North Florida market has enabled her to build strong relationships throughout the community as an influential leader in a variety of market segments and professional organizations. Most recently, Prewitt was a recipient of the 2023 NAIOP Distinguished Service Award and named a 2023 Jacksonville Business Journal Women of Influence.

Prewitt has served on boards for several organizations including the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida (ABC), the Rotary Club of Jacksonville, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior and Housing from Auburn University.
