The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) recently awarded Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) Phase II Contracts to small business contractors in several new zones throughout the country. This BMO Best-in-Class (BIC) strategic sourcing solution promotes small business participation through a zoned approach. Raymond Pond Solutions was awarded Zone 3, which is comprised of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

“There is a lot of competition for the best in class contract and this just validates Raymond Pond Solutions as a top team,” said Vice President Mike Magahey. “With this contract vehicle in place, we can provide quick service to clients in need.”

The multiple award solution gives government agencies a time-saving and cost-effective process for acquiring facility maintenance. A variety of operations can be accomplished utilizing the Building Maintenance and Operations contract including fire protection updates and maintenance, roofing services, HVAC maintenance, commissioning, architectural fit-ups, light renovation along with site and space planning and facility assessments.
