WEAVER, JR., P.E., LEED AP BD&C, VICE PRESIDENT - AVIATION A Civil Engineer and Airfield Designer, Hugh launched his career working with small, rural, general aviation airports. Over time, he has been involved in an ex- panded resume of larger and more complex airports, including major airline hubs and military installations. Hugh has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and is a registered professional engineer.
