His hands-on approach to client relations and communications makes him an asset to any project he works on. Arwin Lopez, PE Arwin has designed more than 25 roundabouts in his 16-year engineering career to date. He serves as Pond's Transportation Design Manager, supervising municipal plans from concept phase to final design. After years of working on the forefront of roundabout design, Arwin understands how to identify crucial elements of design and coordinate accordingly to deliver the best outcome for clients. Alden Hathaway, PE, CEM Alden serves as the Program Director of Power and Renewable Energy. He is a true visionary whose work reflects his conviction that current energy technology can solve complex environmental problems while still saving money and resources. Betsi Whiteman, PE Betsi is a skilled structural engineer with an aptitude for providing functional solutions that fit within desired aesthetics. Her passion for facilitating the design of structural modifications and finding creative methods to update structures to code helps her deliver successful projects for clients across different markets.
