A retired Colonel with 24 years of service in the US Air Force and Texas Air National Guard, Matt is a Senior Project Manager at Pond. His previous assignments included commanding a Mission Support Group, and Civil Engineer and Security Forces Squadrons. Matt uses his in-depth military and management experience to strategically lead successful projects that serve the National Guard. He has 30 years of experience in executive leadership and program and project management with the ability to work with and lead others to achieving goals. KEVIN SKINNER, PE Kevin serves as Pond Principal and Design Director of the Augusta, Georgia office. Since joining Pond 18 years ago, Kevin has delivered countless successful projects from concept stage to ribbon cutting, and he enjoys creating unique solutions for our communities. He is dedicated to serving local municipalities by working closely with county and city staff to deliver projects within schedule and budget. Kevin maintains a high proficiency level in the latest GDOT roadway design software and guidelines. MARK HANSELMAN, PE, SE As Director of Structural Engineering, Mark works to ensure client satisfaction on projects that have included designs for the military, higher education institutions, aviation, hospitals, and departments of transportation. Hanselman has over 12 years of experience with many types of structural projects, including the design of new buildings and facilities and the design of structural modifications. Mark was instrumental in the collaborative design of Samsung’s new award-winning facility in Newberry, South Carolina. Mark serves as Associate Principal at Pond. ERIC ADAMI, PMP, PE Senior Project Manager and Associate, Eric utilizes his 13+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management to ensure quality projects for Department of Defense, industrial, municipal, and other clients. From his early contracting experience grew an understanding of the systems he would be designing during his design tenure, giving him a unique advantage over other engineers by understanding the effort and cost involved in complex and simple HVAC installations.
