6 Pond | www.pondco.com Building a 21 st Century from the Ground Up In the summer of 2015, Pond was selected by the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, the Technical College System of Georgia, and Lanier Technical College to design the new $94 million Hall County Campus for Lanier Technical College in Gainesville, GA. The project is the largest funded State of Georgia education project released in 2015. It will be the first new collegiate campus in the Technical College System of Georgia in many years.
