He is an enthusiastic leader with significant experience in delivering complex federal, state and local environmental regulatory solutions. He leads his team of scientists, NEPA professionals, environmental engineers and GIS specialists to deliver high quality environmental services for clients of all sizes. VINCENT BREDICKAS, PE With over 20 years of experience, Vince serves as a Senior Project Manager with focus on facilities design, asset management and engineering consulting and construction services for the aviation and defense industry. Vincent has experience in project management and delivery of design and construction work with federal, local and commercial clients, international and domestic program management, military planning, logistics, energy and asset management. JAMES SCHOEN, WELL AP, LEED AP BD+C James is an architectural designer and Associate with over 12 years of experience. He specializes in the design of industrial and higher education facilities. James is passionate about designing for sustainability and for the well-being of a building’s inhabitants. He recently was the first to earn the WELL Accredited Professional credential at Pond. BRIAN LUNSFORD, PE, API 510/570/653, ASNT LEVEL III, AWS, SR. CWI, STI-SP001 Brian serves as Vice President for Pond’s Asset Integrity program. With 20 years of experience, and highly specialized training and certifications, Brian leads the Mechanical Integrity, Corrosion Control, Coating Services, and Pipeline Survey groups at Pond. He ensures that Pond’s team of highly trained engineers and technicians provide clients with a high level of expertise and cost-effective solutions. BRYAN SCHROEDER, AIA As Pond’s Director of Virtual Design and Construction, Bryan leads Pond’s Virtual & Augmented Reality Lab. He is instrumental in identifying and implementing emerging technologies that allow Pond to bring innovative solutions to its clients. Bryan has been in the design industry for over 20 years.
