With nearly 35 years of architectural design and management experience, David actively contributes to the advancement of the aerospace field through industry committees and guideline development. David’s award-winning team is consistently recognized, including a recent ACEC Engineering Excellence award for a seismic rehabilitation for an Airport Traffic Control Tower. ERIC LUSHER, AICP An Associate and Senior Project Manager in Pond’s Transportation group, Eric Lusher has more than 15 years of professional experience in a variety of planning and engineering roles. He has successfully led comprehensive plans, corridor studies, LCI plans, travel demand modeling studies, traffic impact analyses, bicycle and pedestrian plans, and comprehensive transportation plans. Eric’s work has shown an increasing commitment to community engagement and understanding the role of messaging in developing plans. CRAIG CLUM, PE Craig Clum is a Senior Project Manager in Pond’s Fueling group with over 20 years of multi-discipline management of complex engineering design projects for various agencies. His expertise includes design, operation and maintenance, and environmental compliance of fueling systems throughout the world. RANDALL BAILEY, PE, PMP, LEED AP BD+C, F.ASCE Randall Bailey is a Senior Project Manager in Pond’s Defense group. He has 35 years of experience managing projects, programs, departments, and people. Areas of expertise include facilities and infrastructure consulting in federal government, commercial, and institutional market sectors. Randall has taken on leadership roles in design and construction management, contract administration, facility condition assessments, building component failure investigations, preparation of construction specifications, drawings, and bid documents, and quality assurance monitoring. ERIK M. GRANDOWSKI, CPSM Erik Grandowski is the Vice President of Marking and Communications. He has 30 years' experience in the fields of graphic design, art direction, theatrical design, marketing, communications and architecture. His passion is collaborating with marketing professionals, business developers, seller-doers and A/E/C professionals to help realize their career goals to become highly effective professionals that contribute to Pond’s growth and well-being.
