Ingenuity Magazine Fall 2020

The Pond team attended the City of Milton, Georgia’s dedication ceremony to mark three milestones in the area: the opening of the road connecting Mayfield and State Route 372, completion of the Mayfield/Heritage/Charlotte roundabout, and dedication of the Mark Law Memorial Horse statue in the roundabout. Pond donated over 100 devices to InspiredU, an organization that collects laptops and other devices to equip students without access to the technology needed for online learning. Pond prepared a socially-distanced public meeting to gain public feedback for the Poplar Road corridor study in Coweta County, Georgia. This meeting ran in conjunction with an online public meeting and invited small groups in at time to view materials on separate displays. Our team was recognized by The Association of General Contractors for Superior Workplace Injury and Illness Prevention! We earned the 2019 AGC National Safety Excellence Award and the 2019 AGC Georgia Safety Excellence Award for zero injuries beyond first aid and zero lost time accidents. Jason Bach, Summer Scott and Dan Brace showed off Pond’s award!
