BRYAN K. SCHROEDER, AIA As Pond’s Director of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Bryan Schroeder evaluates, implements, maintains and supports the BIM/CAD technology software. This includes customization and adjustments to the BIM/CAD software systems for efficiency. Bryan has been in the design industry for over 20 years. HUGH F. WEAVER, JR., PE, LEED AP Hugh has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, and has been involved in the planning, strategic development and capital growth improvement programs for dozens of airports across the nation and around the world. His expertise extends to all facets of the engineering design experience. With experience designing airports in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, Weaver understands the logistical needs of large- scale, international aerospace operations. TANYA NORMAN, PE Tanya has 14 years of experience providing civil engineering design services for commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. Her expertise includes storm drainage design, grading plan preparation, stormwater management and water quality BMP design, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, sanitary sewer design, floodplain studies, erosion and sediment control design, and coordinating wetlands encroachments. MARK LEVINE, FAIA Mark Levine is a principal and Director of Architecture and Design Practice Leader bringing more than 27 years of award-winning design experience to Pond’s education segment. His passion for creating inspiring, environmentally conscious architecture has exceeded clients’ expectations and enhanced communities. Mark’s portfolio includes design and management of a broad spectrum of project types ranging from primary and higher education projects, to government/public and mixed-use facilities, to facilities that support advanced technology and research. JAMES E. DAVIS, CSP, PG, F. SAME James Davis is the Corporate Health and Safety Director as well as a nationally Certified Safety Professional. He has successfully completed more than 30 years of professional safety leadership and work experience developing, implementing and managing complex environmental, health and safety programs, policies and procedures for clients worldwide.
