The facility consists primarily of a pre-engineered metal building and contains a retail / office component, parts mezzanine, part storage area, an open vehicle maintenance area, and service bays.

Pond provided full design-build construction of this vehicle maintenance facility, which includes CNG/LNG detection, Dyno Facility, parts sales and RV Parking Provisions. Services included site demolition, site utilities, grading, construction of roadways, construction of parking lots, landscaping and storm water management.
