Metro PCS Switch & Office Renovations - Norcross, GA

Pond provided design-build services for the construction of this 12,500 square foot switch office facility involving in-house design services, procurement of critical support equipment (generator, UPS, HVAC and DC power equipment) and complete oversight of the construction process. Three 20 ton water cooled computer room dx air conditioning units were installed. Two five ton water cooled ceiling mounted air conditioning units were utilized. A 300 kw generator set with 500 amps ATS along with a 40 kva/40KW UPS system was installed to provide adequate redundancy on the project.
